Standard Windows and Mac Fonts
This page lists the fonts that are common to Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT and XP, along with their Mac equivalents.
What is this doing here? When choosing a font for your Web pages, it's a good idea to specify one or more alternatives (and the font-family they belong to) incase one is not installed on your visitors' OS. Unless, of course, you don't mind your pages being seen in their browser's default font, whatever that may be. Lots of people surf with automatic font downloading disabled.

What is this doing here? Spelling errors make a Site look cheesy... and no one will take you seriously if you can't spell. It only takes a second to look up a word you're not sure about. Use a spell-checker if you frequently mis-spell common werds or mak a lot of type-o's. Surch injins wil not be abel to fnid yoo ether if yur keewerds ar spilled uncurrictly!!
